We advise the following general estimates once your order has been dispatched:
- UK: Royal Mail 1 to 3 working days
- EU: Royal Mail 3 to 5 working days
- USA: USPS 3 to 5 days
- Australia: P2P 4 to 9 days
- Rest of World: Royal Mail 7 to 10 days

Customs fees are levied by the government of the country that the goods are shipped to. These fees are out of our control. As is industry standard, all custom/import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s customs charges & threshold prior to ordering to avoid disappointment
When will my order be dispatched?
The store is run solely by the band and we aim to have orders dispatched within 7-10 working days. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed.
For pre-order items, this timeframe applies from the date specified on the product page.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges. If products are returned to sender due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know, and to arrange redelivery. The shipping costs will need to be paid again.
What do I do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Please contact us and provide a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately not. If you need to make any changes to an order you'll need to cancel it and place a new order with the amendments already made.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us with any cancellations and we will attempt to cancel the order before it is dispatched. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best.
